This role requires in-person attendance in the Charlotte, NC office at least 3 days a week (ideally Tuesday-Thursday). LendingTree is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join our AI Innovation Lab, with an exciting opportunity to build revenue-generating and customer-facing AI solutions. This individual will partner with architecture, platform and operations, enterprise data and analytic teams, and other senior technical leaders to develop and implement a consolidated roadmap that meets critical data/analytic/AI/ML-related business needs and capabilities, while implementing technologies, platforms, and tools aligned to LendingTree's AI strategy. We are seeking a data lead who is passionate about data engineering and building streaming data pipelines, is a big picture thinker, and will work with partners across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Analytics, Contact Center, and Technology teams to deliver on enterprise data initiatives.
