Solutions Consultant

We are looking for an exceptional Solutions Consultant to join our growing team at Workato. In this role, you will enable our clients to become proficient on Workato's Agentic Platform, empowering their employees and building AI Agent solutions for their business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional customer teams and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams including data scientists, software engineers, AI leaders, and architects to showcase how Workato Agentic can transform their operations.
• Work alongside Sales AEs and Solution Architects to promote our Agentic and AI capabilities, delivering tailored solutions and use cases for customers.
• Articulate and educate diverse audiences on AI concepts, including Generative AI and Agentics architecture.
• Assist sales teams with technical discovery, creating Agentic blueprint solutions using Workato products.
• Develop and present custom product demonstrations for AI Agentic use cases.
• Support solution accounts in executing technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), both on-site and remote.
• Respond to functional and technical components of RFIs/RFPs.
• Stay current with advancements in Agentics, AI, and machine learning, integrating research into development projects.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
• 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization with a proven track record as an AI Engineer and portfolio examples of successful projects.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and state-of-the-art techniques to enhance LLM behavior.
• Hands-on experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic with a good understanding of their APIs.
• Experience with iPaaS technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
• Knowledge of Python programming or familiarity with object-oriented programming.

Travel Requirements: 50% travel to support customers and internal workshops, with 60% of your time in customer-facing roles.
