Responsibilities: We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will empower clients to become proficient with Workato's Agentic Platform, enabling their employees to build AI Agent solutions for their business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and AI leaders, to demonstrate how Workato Agentic can transform their work.
  • Work effectively with Sales AEs and Solution Architects to promote our Agentic and AI capabilities, tailoring architecture to customer AI use cases.
  • Articulate and educate diverse audiences on AI, Generative AI, and Agentics architectural concepts.
  • Assist sales teams with technical discovery and architect/build Agentic blueprint solutions using Workato products.
  • Create and deliver custom product demonstrations of AI Agentic use cases and support technical workshops and proofs of concept.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and stay updated on the latest in Agentics, AI, and machine learning.

Requirements: Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
  • Proven track record as an AI Engineer with a portfolio of successful machine learning or AI projects.
  • 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization, with 50% travel required for customer support and workshops (60% customer-facing).
  • Familiarity with LLMs and experience interacting with chat-based AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and state-of-the-art techniques to enhance LLM performance.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic, alongside iPaaS technologies, middleware, and integration architecture patterns.
  • Knowledge of Python programming or familiarity with object-oriented programming.
