Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning

What You’ll Do:

• As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Arcus, you will push the frontier of our AI capabilities by:
• Working closely with our CTO and engineering team to design, build, and productionize intelligent AI/ML systems for LLM applications over complex data, including:
• Algorithms for representing and indexing structured and unstructured data.
• Understanding and decomposing complex queries.
• Using agent architectures with tool-use to dynamically interact with heterogeneous data.
• Leading innovative projects that will shape the AI capabilities of the Arcus platform.
• Developing a deep intuition of customer experience and user journeys to build innovative AI capabilities.
• Defining the future and culture of Arcus with your initiative and feedback.

Who You Are:

• Bonus points for a PhD in machine learning, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience in training and inference of LLMs and building production-worthy LLM applications.
• Passionate about keeping up with the existing state-of-the-art in ML and pushing the frontiers of the domain.
