Senior Data Scientist (Hybrid Role - Atlanta GA / Frisco TX)

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team, who is prepared to work at the client location in Atlanta, GA or Frisco, TX for 3-5 days a week based on client needs. The candidate must provide valid prior job references and meet the employment requirements outlined below.

Employment Requirements:

• Employment Type: Corp-to-Corp, 1099 individuals, W2 full-time (negotiable)
• Candidate Employment Status:
  • US Citizen
  • US Green-Card / GC EAD
  • Valid H1B with a minimum of 1+ year validity
  • No OPT-EAD
• Education: Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Behavioral Science, or another analytical/quantitative field (highly preferred)

Job Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Machine Learning Expertise:
  • Excellent knowledge of ML algorithms (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering/Segmentation, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting Machine, Deep Neural Networks, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, etc.)
  • Experience in applying statistical and advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and deep learning concepts
• Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of strong programming skills in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks
  • 3+ years of experience using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn
• Analytical and Communication Skills:
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize data
  • Superior communication and persuasion skills, with talent for storytelling and data visualization
  • Ability to create insights from data and deliver practical recommendations for business action
• Good knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability
