  • Engage deeply with how the FDA, healthcare systems, and drug manufacturers communicate at the medication level.
  • Develop and champion data stewardship and governance practices across the company, working closely with Security.
  • Design and support customer-facing data products with both API and interactive components.
  • Provide service levels to our data scientists who are clients of your data pipelines and architecture.

About you:

  • 5+ years in a Data Engineering role.
  • Expertise in data orchestration and workflow management tools such as Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, Spark, and AWS Glue.
  • Competency in SQL, ETL processes, denormalization concepts, and programming (dbt, Python).
  • Proficient in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) – CloudFormation or Terraform – to build and maintain data engineering pipelines.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog to monitor data pipelines, set up alerts, and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on action, documentation, and education.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with open communication and autonomy.
  • Nice to have: Public or shareable code, writing, or projects demonstrating expertise in data architecture.
  • Experience working with data in regulated industries and handling systemic data quality issues.

What you'll get from us:

  • Opportunities to solve problems of scale, debt, and security, redefining possibilities in medication intelligence.
  • A strong voice in what we work on, how it works, and how it's built.
  • Room to be creative and define your own path with trust in your ownership sense.
  • Dedicated budget for training and career development.
  • Collaborative colleagues eager to learn and grow alongside you.
