Credit One Bank is seeking a Technologist to join the Risk Technology Modernization team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the transition to open-source. Leveraging your business and technical expertise, you will update data models and process flows while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT, and the internal team to simplify, standardize, and optimize operations. The role encompasses advanced technical coding, quality assurance, and assisting team members with design and technical challenges.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology area.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and process modeling within financial services.
  • Proficient in manipulating large data sets using Spark/PySpark, Python, and SQL; previous experience with Spark/PySpark and Airflow is preferred.
  • Strong design, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate the company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and highly complex environment.
  • Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple and sometimes competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Pega WCM or other Work Case Management solutions.
  • Experience with SAS and Tableau development.
