Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain data infrastructures using tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Tables, Azure Blobs, and Azure Cosmos.
  • Create efficient data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across multiple platforms.
  • Optimize existing data pipelines and implement solutions for data validation and auditing to maintain data quality.
  • Integrate new datasets by identifying appropriate database systems and maintaining technical documentation including database/table schemas and pipeline mapping.
  • Plan query-efficient data store schemas in alignment with business objectives; collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build effective data pipelines.
  • Research new data acquisition opportunities and recommend technologies to enhance data reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or in progress in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with statistical modeling, Python, SAS, SQL databases, C#/.NET, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with Graph database structures, RDBMS, TDMS, data mining, data cleaning, and data visualization techniques.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
