FDSE / Software Engineers (Palantir Engineers) || Remote ||

We are looking for FDSE/Software Engineers (Palantir Engineers) for an exciting remote opportunity. As an EA Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will directly engage with customers to solve complex problems using data-driven solutions. Your primary mission will be to understand customer challenges, synthesize data insights, and deploy software solutions that deliver impactful results in healthcare. Essential Functions:

• Customer Engagement: Directly engage with customers to understand their challenges, workflows, and objectives, building strong relationships for effective collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Analyze data to identify patterns and derive actionable insights, utilizing creativity and technical expertise to address customer needs.
• Software Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BI Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts, Data Scientists) to deploy and integrate software solutions seamlessly into customer workflows.
• Data Analysis & Product Development: Extract insights from large datasets, contribute to product development by providing input on features based on customer feedback, and assess the impact of deployed solutions.
• Internal Collaboration: Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, contributing to the enhancement of internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Software Development or Analytics.
• 1+ years troubleshooting and resolving performance issues within data analytics platforms, preferably with Palantir Foundry or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools, performance assessments, root cause analysis, and system performance optimization.
• Hands-on skills in Python/SQL querying, data manipulation, and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts for scalable data structures and previous cross-functional collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in at least one Data Platform and Analytics Tool (e.g., Foundry Data Engineer) and at least one Epic module within the first year of employment.
• Cogito Fundamentals certification within the first year of employment.
