Delivery Leader (North America - Measurement & Evaluation)

Overview:

Join us as a Delivery Leader focused on Measurement, Evaluation, and Digital, working with governments, foundations, and public sector partners to transform big ideas into impactful projects. You'll define theories of change, build data collection systems, and evaluate programs to generate evidence for driving greater outcomes. Our team collaborates globally, ensuring policy implementations translate to real, lasting impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships: Earn trust and influence among diverse stakeholders, especially in the public sector or nonprofit world.
• Facilitate and coach: Run effective meetings and workshops that drive problem-solving and consensus.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data: Extract actionable insights and visualize them for decision-making.
• Data modeling: Identify patterns and forecast trends using advanced analytical techniques.
• Communication: Write and visualize complex insights clearly; simplify technical language for diverse audiences.
• Project management: Bring structure and planning to day-to-day work and maintain focus on priority outcomes.
• Problem-solving: Break down issues to identify root causes and develop solutions.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in government, consulting, public policy, or tech.
• Experience with statistics, econometrics, or data science techniques preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with programming or visualization tools (R, Python, Stata, Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Knowledge of AI tools and data warehousing solutions is advantageous.
• Business-level proficiency in English with work authorization in the United States.
