Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data: Extract actionable insights and visualize them for decision-making.
  • Data modeling: Identify patterns and forecast trends using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Communication: Write and visualize complex insights clearly; simplify technical language for diverse audiences.
  • Project management: Bring structure and planning to day-to-day work and maintain focus on priority outcomes.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in government, consulting, public policy, or tech.
  • Experience with statistics, econometrics, or data science techniques preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with programming or visualization tools (R, Python, Stata, Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and data warehousing solutions is advantageous.
  • Business-level proficiency in English with work authorization in the United States.
