Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves identifying trends, collaborating with teams, and ensuring data quality within an innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 12-15 years of experience in data science or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Experience in developing analytical documentation for ongoing projects.
