About The Team: This position is part of our Data Science team, the largest in our organization, comprising over 140+ Data Scientists globally. Our Data Scientists engage in full lifecycle roles, gaining extensive technical and professional experience in data science, data engineering, coding, business understanding, and client engagement. As a member of the team, you will work closely with technical experts and play a key role in implementing enterprise-level solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the US Subrogation roadmap and client projects, working with various data types (structured data, free text, documents, and images).
  • Implement data engineering processes, typically from client extracts to data insertion in our stores (SQL, ElasticSearch).
  • Develop, test, and tune models for production tasks such as fraud detection and automation in complex environments.
  • Automate key business tasks by integrating them into our production process framework using C#.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and engage with external stakeholders for user feedback, business case presentations, and defining product evolution roadmaps.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience with diverse skills for building technology solutions, demonstrating proficiency in:
  • Code-savvy: Hold a degree in computer science or have developed user-facing apps, capable of writing maintainable, production-quality code.
  • AI-savvy: Hold a degree in machine learning or statistics, with a solid understanding of statistics and common machine learning tasks to communicate clearly with clients.
  • Client-facing skills: Comfortable with regular communication with clients.
  • Business understanding: Interest in mastering the business aspects of our products, particularly in the insurance sector.

Compensation: The listed salary range of $90,000—$110,000 USD is for base compensation; actual salaries may vary based on location and qualifications. Your total rewards package includes base salary, incentive pay, equity, and benefits.
