Sprinklr has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Analytics team. This role involves leading and managing the full lifecycle of data science, starting with the engineering of the data model, to develop and deploy predictive and recommendation models for specified enterprise objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting the design of data & models, regularly assessing accuracy and retraining at intervals.
  • Seeking additional data points to improve model results, understanding customer data, and converting qualitative data into quantitative data.
  • Maintaining an understanding of business KPIs to ensure model relevancy and communicating the model’s impact in business terms to various stakeholders.
  • Designing tools (using PowerBI) on top of ML models for management to interpret predictions/recommendations.
  • Leveraging multiple methodologies for advanced analyses (predictive models, clustering/segmentation, etc.) and utilizing statistical methods to analyze large data sets, extracting actionable insights.
  • Mentoring team members on data and analytical projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field emphasizing machine learning model maintenance.
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, building and delivering machine learning/AI algorithms for various analytical purposes.
  • Experience with Snowflake (Snowpark is a plus), advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, and relevant programming tools.
  • Experience in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consumption, and Operational data, along with building data visualization reports for Executives and Stakeholders.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, alongside advanced presentation abilities for sharing insights with leadership.
  • Understanding of data structures, management, ingestion, blending, transformation, and visualization techniques.

This role will involve designing AI/ML algorithms to create predictions and recommendations for key areas within the company, as well as continuously collaborating with front-line managers to executive leadership. Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of business processes are necessary to enhance existing models.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $178,000 - $223,000. The base salary depends on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, alongside eligibility for additional rewards like discretionary bonuses and equity plans.
