We are seeking a hands-on Data Specialist with deep expertise in data engineering, data analysis, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Alteryx, Celonis, PQL, Python, and SQL, and will also manage teams, perform quality assurance (QA) reviews, and oversee project management. This person must be comfortable communicating complex data insights, drafting documentation, and presenting to stakeholders. We have an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Data Engineering & Analysis:
- Design, develop, and manage data workflows using Alteryx, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain Celonis dashboards, leveraging PQL to uncover process insights, with an in-depth understanding of OCPM.
- Develop scalable Python pipelines and utilize SQL for complex querying and reporting.

Team & Project Management:
- Manage and coordinate tasks with offshore teams, providing technical direction and oversight.
- Perform QA reviews on offshore team deliverables to ensure alignment with standards and project requirements.
- Lead project management activities, including planning, task prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Translate business needs into actionable data solutions, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
- Provide clear, concise documentation and presentations on data findings, workflows, and process improvements.
- Regularly update management and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Process Optimization & QA:
- Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity through rigorous QA processes.
- Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data workflows and pipelines.
Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Alteryx, Celonis, PQL, Python, and SQL.
- Proven ability to independently develop workflows, dashboards, and data solutions.
- Experience with Python for building and optimizing data pipelines and advanced SQL skills.

Team Management:
- Demonstrated success in managing and guiding offshore teams, including task delegation, code reviews, and QA.
- Experience in project management, ensuring smooth execution of tasks from start to finish.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong drafting skills for documentation and presentation abilities for executive-level reporting.
