Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. This role will work closely with Business Functions, Product, Marketing, and Data Scientist teams to understand data requirements and provide data solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and SQL and will be eager to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with internal stakeholders across departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.) to identify and address key business questions and problems.
• Collect, reality-check, and analyze data, interpreting findings to present actionable insights or recommendations, while driving implementation/adoption.
• Maintain and ensure the company-wide KPI dashboard is updated and accurate, and identify new metrics for addition.
• Identify areas for improvement in automating data collection, ingestion, and analysis.
• Adopt a proactive mindset focused on measuring and optimizing business operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and analytics data requirements with robust, scalable, and adaptable data solutions.
• Uphold best practices in data management and governance, ensuring data quality, security, and privacy.
• Provide comprehensive data and analytics support across the company, performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Data-driven mindset with a degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including data modeling, web/product analytics, and data ETL/ELT pipeline documentation.
• Proactive self-starter mindset focused on measuring and optimizing business metrics/KPIs, with proficiency in Tableau or Excel.
• Experience with Python and SQL, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, focused on solving problems with iterative technical solutions.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with crypto-based products and services, particularly Ethereum and crypto markets.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing startup and managing change.
• Experience with Google Ads or B2C businesses.
