Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support the OCIO Computer Operations and Cloud Computing team. This team is focused on implementing and pursuing next-generation innovations. We are looking for a cloud engineer with expertise in strategy, design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud, including High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. While experience with Azure Cloud Computing is expected, exposure to other vendor platforms (AWS, Google) is also ideal. The prospective candidate should have a strong grasp of emerging cloud technologies, platforms, and applications, with the ability to customize these tools to enhance business security and efficiency. Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, staff engagement, and advanced industry knowledge are essential. Familiarity with Azure GCC Platforms and other FedRAMP approved platforms is desired.
