Your mission will be to assist our clients and partners in realizing their full potential through the accelerated adoption and productive use of Denodo’s Data Virtualization capabilities, providing modern solutions for agile data delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide education, coaching, and support during the introduction and ongoing projects of the Denodo Platform to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and resolve client inquiries related to operating Denodo software in their environments.
  • Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects, enhancing client and technical specialist efficiency with Denodo products.
  • Contribute to knowledge management activities and promote best practices for successful project execution.
  • Implement product demos and pilots demonstrating Data Virtualization in enterprise scenarios, cloud deployments, and Big Data projects.
  • Gather and provide timely, prioritized feedback from clients to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development regarding client business cases and issues.

Required Skills:

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor or Master).
  • Understanding of Data Integration, SQL, and relational/analytical database management theory and practice.
  • Technical skills: Java development, JDBC, XML, Web Service APIs, and experience with version control systems (e.g., SVN, git).
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems in server environments.

Personal and Relationship Qualities:

  • Professional curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
  • Active listening skills, creativity, and a strong ability to work in teams.

Communications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Desired / Nice To Have Skills:

  • Basic experience in Big Data, NoSQL, and InMemory environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Foreign language skills.
