You will collaborate with a team of software engineers, solution architects, and data engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI-based systems that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning lifecycle management, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and architecting Generative AI models using the latest LLMs, machine learning frameworks, and tools (e.g., Azure AI platform, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
  • Designing, developing, and integrating AI models into existing software systems or creating new applications leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
  • Leading integration efforts and deploying AI models to cloud environments using containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Driving MLOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI models for seamless delivery, scalability, and performance.
  • Building and maintaining end-to-end AI pipelines using DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD processes) and automating AI model training and deployment workflows.
  • Staying updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, including NLP, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning.
  • Applying cutting-edge techniques (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, chain-of-thought models) to enhance AI model performance.
  • Ensuring AI systems are developed with ethical guidelines and responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and privacy considerations.
  • Continuously monitoring AI system performance and recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

The qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in Information Technology or related Engineering disciplines, with experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • 3+ years of ML modeling experience using a variety of regression and supervised/unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Experience with data wrangling/cleansing, statistical modeling, and programming.
  • Experience working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks (Langchain, Claude, LLamaIndex); LLM model registries (Hugging Face); and vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, OpenSearch, Pinecone).
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, including PyTorch and Scikit-Learn, alongside strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and with DevOps and MLOps practices.
  • Proven track record of developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models at scale.
