AI Engineer (100% Remote)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join Founders Workshop, a company based in Arizona that specializes in creating web and mobile apps for non-tech founders of tech startups. This 100% remote position involves partnering with clients to bring their visions to life through innovative software solutions. The role requires a balance of attention to both the larger objectives and the finer details while considering cost, quality, and speed of delivery.

Who You Are:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong background in AI/ML engineering focused on developing AI services and applications.
• Proficiency in prompt generation techniques and algorithms.
• Experience in REST API or pipeline development using containerized applications.
• Ability to work with unstructured datasets, including preprocessing and post-processing of document-based content.
• In-depth knowledge of natural language processing techniques and algorithms, as well as familiarity with large language models and machine learning models.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and deployment solutions, including Azure and OpenAI.
• Comfortable using version control systems like Git for effective collaboration and code management.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with current trends and the state of the industry.
• Flexible, reliable, responsive to changing requirements, and proactive in communication.
