As the Data Scientist, you will be key in:

  • Developing and advancing marketing measurement capabilities that align with our vision to transform how marketing success is measured in the industry.
  • Delivering differentiated marketing data science and measurement solutions to maximize profitable enterprise revenue and customer value for clients.
  • Collaborating with driven experts, business leaders, analysts, and other data scientists to define approaches for business problem solutions.
  • Working with technology leaders, product owners, and engineers to convert novel solutions into scalable services and products.
  • Contributing to an inclusive culture that inspires and attracts diverse technical talent.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a technical contributor in a high-performance, multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, and product managers, ensuring executional excellence.
  • Driving value across multiple business verticals by contributing to impactful algorithms related to Media Mix Models and Forecasting.
  • Communicating results of your data science work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted data science consultant to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of data science/analytics experience.
  • Robust programming experience with languages such as R (preferred), Python, and SQL.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models, understanding Frequentist and Bayesian paradigms, and principles of model building and interpretability.
  • Strong understanding of mathematical principles and statistics.
  • Familiarity with Data Science tech stack tools (Code versioning with Git, Containerization with Docker, Cloud services like Google Cloud Platform).
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that fosters problem-solving with speed and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior focus on digital marketing analytics.

Pay Transparency: At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are based on relevant experience and anticipated impact, with our compensation for Sr. Analyst positions ranging from $62,000 to $93,000 (inclusive of a 15% bonus).
